Feels like a super long time since I blogged...
(Erin, you read my mind). Here are my quick updates with more to come later-
While I LOVE running, (it's my freedom, my sanity, my high-on-life boost) I didn't so much catch the 'marathon bug' that can often bite after wards. I
MIGHT do another Half Marathon this year, but I'm thinking 10Ks are right up my alley. Thinking out loud.... maybe my next running goal is to do a 10K in 10 minute miles. My time now fluctuates between 12 and 14... way up there. I'm definitely not going for anything like my dentist, for instance, he runs 7 minute miles- ouch!
I had the opportunity (by the grace of a darn helpful family) to attend BYU Women's Conference for two days straight. WOW! What a great experience! I have oodles and oodles of notes and a renewed testimony of the Lord's Gospel.
I have new and exciting scrapbook project. It's going to take a lot of time, but it will be soooooo worth it. I'm so looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I'd say more, but it's a Christmas present so I can't spoil it.
Mother's Day is coming up. I think it should be called women's day or something similar. I think all women at one time or another help
mother children, even if they don't have any of their own yet, or ever. I got my present early.. a fabulous running watch. I love it!

tweezel in my hand and it really hurts."
I said: "You have a what?"
Ch: "My hand really hurts, there's a
tweezel in it."
Mom: "You mean you have a
sliver?"
Ch: "No!" "I said I have a
tweezel in my hand"
Mom: "Honey, it looks like you have a
sliver in your hand. We can use the '
tweezers' to help get it out."
Ch: "No, Mom it's a tweezel and dad can get it out."
Well, isn't that nice :)
